Navigation "The books tell that the last demon to leave this reality fed off a human, mixed their blood. He was a human form possessed - infected - by the demon's soul. He bit another, and another... and so they walk the earth, feeding. Killing some, mixing their blood with others to make more of their kind. Waiting for the animals to die out, and the Old Ones to return"

THE RULES

  • Vampires can be killed by:
    • Fire
    • Direct sunlight
    • Decapitation
    • Penetration of the heart by wood
    • Holy water
  • Vampires cast no reflection, although they can be photographed and filmed.
  • Vampires can, but do not need to, breath.
  • Vampires cannot enter a human home without an invitation, but only need one, sometimes vague, invitation and then they can enter at will.
  • Vampires fear the sign of the cross, and it burns their skin when touched, but they can overcome that fear.
  • Vampires live by drinking the blood of other creatures, although human blood is the best, they can survive on animal blood.
  • Vampires sire other vampires by first drinking a human's blood, then having the human drink their blood. At some point in the next 24 hours the human will rise again, a vampire. When a human becomes a vampire, the demon's soul takes over, but the human's memories remain.
  • Vampires can take human form, the monster in them only showing when the feed is upon them or when they are angry.
  • Vampires have super-human strength and speed.
