Dr. Shelley Rees is an English professor with a doctorate in 19th-Century British Literature. Her dissertation analyzes the role of gender in the plays of Thomas Lovell Beddoes, and she is the editor of The Journal of the Thomas Lovell Beddoes Society. Her other research interests include Pop Culture and Media Studies and gardening.
