Anthony Lioi
received a B.A. in English and American Literature from Brown University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Literatures in English from Rutgers
University. His fields of study include ecocriticism, Composition Studies, the
Anglophone essay, and popular culture. He currently teaches at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology in the Program in Writing and Humanistic Studies and in
Women's Studies. He has an enduring interest in the intersection between feminist politics and geek culture.
