Dr. Gary J. Krug
is Assistant Professor in Communication Studies at Eastern Washington University (USA).
He received his Ph.D. in 1989 from the Institute for Communications Research at the University of Illinois,
Urbana-Champaign and has taught at various universities and colleges in the U.S. and overseas. Additionally, he served as Senior Lecturer in Communication Studies at the University of South Australia for several years where he helped create and deliver the off-shore B.A. in Communications in Singapore. He has published widely on media, technology and health communications and is currently finishing a book on the history and philosophy of communication technologies.
