Buffy Scholar/Critic

Ms. Tammy Kinsey, MFA, teaches 16mm film and digital video production as well as a variety of cinema studies courses in the Department of Theatre and Film at the University of Toledo.  While being a new-ish true believer in the Whedonverse, Tammy has made up for the lost years by spending an astonishing amount of time watching Buffy and Angel and reading all things available to her hungry mind.  Her essay “Transitions and Time:  The Cinematic Language of Angel” will appear in the forthcoming book Investigating Angel.  Tammy thanks her Cult TV class for helping her to see the light.
