Mr. David Alexander holds a Masters degree from the University of Maryland - College Park in Applied Mathematics. His thesis research was into mathematical and computational approaches to measuring word-sense ambiguity in natural language. He develops software systems for highly-automated cartography for the U.S. Bureau of the Census.
