Buffy Scholar/Critic

Ms. Lauren Burdolski has been a Buffy fan since the beginning. Being only a few years older than Buffy, she related to the show and grew with the characters as she faced similar issues and challenges. Lauren received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Fine Arts from Westminster College in 1997 and a Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2003. Focusing her graduate studies on horror film, television & literature and culture, Lauren created the course "Reflections of Society in the Buffyverse". The course has been successful each semester since starting in June of 2003.
