Buffy feeds Spike blood in "Never Leave Me." It's a gorgeous scene because Buffy isn't freaked out by what she is doing she is just doing it because she knows Spike needs it. She even makes Willow go and get some blood for him. Compare this to "Something Blue" (below) it's easy to see how much their relationship has progressed.

When Buffy feeds Spike blood in "Something Blue," she is repulsed and clearly shows it. He however seems more interested in feeding off Buffy rather than feeding out of the "Kiss the Liberian" mug. Buffy just is sick of feeding him blood and of Spike's attitude but it gives the fans more of the banter we so much enjoy.

In "Storyteller," they play with food - although not really eating the cereal it gives us the awesome scene complete with buffy feeling spike's naked chest.
